Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building Glenaire with Fairhaven Homes 21Aug 05, 2016 11:49 pm Sorry only just saw your comment! We went to the display in Warragul so didn't bother finding another house (although I did drop into austral in lynbrook) The upgrade costs were one of the main reasons we chose fairhaven. They're very open with pricing and other than our ridiculously priced penny rounds everything was very reasonable Re: Building Glenaire with Fairhaven Homes 22Aug 07, 2016 10:24 pm Great to see some another Fairhaven post to follow! Do you by any chance know what color roof and bricks are in your render pic? Re: Building Glenaire with Fairhaven Homes 23Aug 07, 2016 11:42 pm The Roof is wallaby, not sure on the bricks though it didn't say. Re: Building Glenaire with Fairhaven Homes 24Aug 08, 2016 10:01 pm Thanks . So many choices to make!! I am thinking I will buck the dark roof trend and choose something lighter for energy efficiency. I like surfmist but I am a bit worried it will look dirty quickly. Re: Building Glenaire with Fairhaven Homes 25Aug 11, 2016 6:07 pm Had our colour selections today, we finished in 4 hours. I'm really happy with everything so far will post some photos soon. Re: Building Glenaire with Fairhaven Homes 27Aug 11, 2016 8:14 pm No, but I'm thinking tender will be in a couple of weeks and contract a couple of weeks after that, I'm guessing an early Nov start.
