I have seen blinds online. I will have another look and compare the quote we have. I'm not too excited yet. More overwhelmed. I'm working full time for the first time since before children, I'm going to China at the end of March and I have to fit in moving into a new house and cleaning up a old house before China. I just have to take it one day at a time. I won't have much time to play in the new house. I will be excited when it's actually happening. The painter seems to be taking ages. He is there one day and then has two off. I think the second coat went on today and the alfresco was painted. Re: Our New Home in Gippsland - fit out finished 295Feb 08, 2017 8:42 am Thanks Cassie, Dan and Reg. More painting happened yesterday and all internal doors were hung. The painter is there again today finishing off. I can't wait to see what happens next. Electrical, plumbing, flooring, mirrors and shower screens, more carpentry such as door handles and door stops? I'm not sure if we will be in by the end of Feb or not. But it's nearly there. Re: Our New Home in Gippsland - painting finished 296Feb 11, 2017 1:53 pm The electrician has been today. Yay! I love it when someone is there on the weekend. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Holes have been cut for each power point and light switch.
