Recessed was another cost will pull out docs and see exact costs Re: First Build Experience -GJ 193Dec 22, 2016 1:40 pm charlibear Loving the cornerless stacker doors, makes me even more excited for ours Do you know what they cost you? Recessed was another cost will pull out docs and see exact costs Thank you!! I had no idea the cost of them or even a ball park figure because it was done a package, even though we bought the land months before we approached them. We've recessed the doors too for a seem less look. What kind of doors did you get? Boutique sliding doors? GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: First Build Experience -GJ 195Dec 22, 2016 4:08 pm loving your bricks and stacker doors!! for some reason we stopped getting your updates ? Re: First Build Experience -GJ 196Dec 22, 2016 6:26 pm The recessed is so good you can't see in pic really but you can stand on floor inside and track and it's completely even, we also decreased the drop down to the alfresco slab from 100mm to 50mm so it's more even outside and we can tile in the future and it will prob be flat again throughout, they said you can t do the slab outside to inside the same which is what we were looking at the start. Not sure on the door brand but they seem pretty good We are thinking we will pave or gravel to the side of the alfresco and build in bench seats and garden beds and have a fire pit on that area where the wall extends from the house this way it extends the alfresco space but sections it from the grass and yard. Just need to plan it all out but I'm sure we will be quite busy with other things for a while. The price isn't as bad as what I thought it would have been Also our corner stackers are the same size, 3.6 and 2.7, so gives me a good perspective GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: First Build Experience -GJ 199Dec 27, 2016 5:08 pm So we have PCI on 9th March and handover on the 17th march bit later than I thought but now a date to work with Follow my build viewtopic.php?t=83885 Re: First Build Experience -GJ 200Dec 27, 2016 5:13 pm That's great news!!
