Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 29, 2016 9:35 am I am building a new home (my first) and in the most recent sketch the planner changed the size of my WC in ensuite to 1400x900 down from 1700x900. I am very concerned that the door (they have put a smaller than standard on) will be too close to the bowl and I will have to maneouvre myself around the door as I shut it. I hate having to go into toilets where this occurs. The planner has currently talked me out of taking 100-150 from my dining area (currently 2870) and says the floor space was 1500 and has shortened the vanity to make the space 1500x1000. Do I just go ahead and change it to make me happy as this will be one of those post build regrets I read about?? TIA PS apologies that I havent figured out how to attach a picture yet...
