Heading up to the Gold Coast next weekend for a look at the colour selection showroom and to check out some brick displays. Excited to be one step closer! Now we just need to sell our house and it will be full steam ahead! Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 68Aug 28, 2016 9:44 pm Thanks, looking forward to checking it out. Taking the kids with us but so hopefully they behave! Staying somewhere kid friendly to try to give them some fun time too, they've spent lots of weekends doing house stuff with us! Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 70Sep 06, 2016 8:19 am Checked out the showroom on Saturday. Got most of our choices sorted out in our heads. Kids were very patient which was great. Now have our electrical appointment next week, being done remotely. Then we go back up to the Gold Coast on the 22nd for our colour appointment. Lets hope our DA is sent into council while we are waiting to do these appointments. And it looks like our house is under offer - busy times!! Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 72Sep 06, 2016 9:40 am We will be staying with my parents. We are hoping by the time the houses settles we will be ready to start building so we are only with them for the build time. Im sure the kids will drive my dad crazy!! Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 74Sep 06, 2016 12:13 pm Hi Jessie, yes we did the assessment ourselves. There is form that you complete and that tells you whether you have an increased risk. Lucky we were just over one hundred metres away from the trees that were a higher risk so we were ok. Do you need to do it? Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 76Sep 22, 2016 5:15 pm Colour selections done! Our consultant was great and she was very positive about our choices so that was good. I got the sink i wanted and it included the chopping board and drainer that fit into the sink so i was excited!!!
