And get stuck into the landscaping! Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 606Apr 15, 2017 6:09 pm Thinking about our future deck. Wanted to deck from alfresco around to sliding door off dining room. As the deck along the side would be in the weather would it end up looking different to the deck under cover even if we kept it stained? Would we be better doing deck under alfresco roof and doing paving along the side. Would like to be able to put some chairs along in the side. Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 607Apr 18, 2017 2:33 pm Your house is looking amazing! We are having our main bedroom window tinted as it faces west. Hope it helps reduce the heat a little. No idea about your deck, but it all sounds lovely whatever way you choose to go Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 608Apr 18, 2017 4:01 pm NicMac03 Thinking about our future deck. Being not undercover it will fade and weather quicker than the undercover area. But with maintenance (a good scrub and sealer) itll stay looking good. I was worried about cost of decking and we have heaps of bluestone left so I do like the idea of paving off the back undercover deck part around to the dining sliders and maybe deck that part too? Look up better homes and gardens they had a good step by step thing to looking after your decks Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 609Apr 18, 2017 5:48 pm yucky_worm01 NicMac03 Thinking about our future deck. I think having 2 separate decks with paving linking them would look really good. Hubby keeps downsizing my deck, its a shame money gets in the way of ideas!! No idea about your deck, but it all sounds lovely whatever way you choose to go Thanks, we are happy with how its coming together. I need to stop thinking about all the little things i would change if i could! I will be definitely looking into tinting, its 10 x hotter in the front room than the rest of the house. Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 611Apr 18, 2017 5:55 pm Waiting for the painters. Still another week away. Eaves were half done last week. Tiles for kitchen splash done, need grouting. Finished product should look good. Can't wait to see the wood look floor in, hoping it warms it all up. Its weather proof and will not need future maintenance. Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 614Apr 21, 2017 4:11 pm Eko deck is great but bear in mind with it being a composite material if its in direct sunlight in the summer time it will be unbearable to walk on aswell as acting like a heater in the area. If its all undercover ur cheering Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 615Apr 22, 2017 8:31 pm I didn't think furniture shopping would be so tricky. So hard to find the right size, colour and price thats also comfortable and practical. Looking at lounges and kids beds. Anyone have any great furniture shop suggestions?? Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 7218 of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 14656 Ask for references and speak to them.
