I went last year when i had my tender done, couldnt ask about prices for upgrades cuz it was so busy! Oh wow, sounds crazy. Their selection is great, at least make a list of any upgrades you want and put them on tender, and if its too much take them out and just get standard items. I did manage to find out about the luna toilet, i got quoted $450 on the saturday but when my contract came back it was much less than that. Its easy for me to say to go there anyway since i live near there lol but yeah if get a chance soon, do it Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens Gold Coast viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81406 Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 24Jun 28, 2016 8:59 pm vonsta76 Saturdays are so bad, everyones wanting a piece of the consultant lol. Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 26Jun 28, 2016 10:23 pm We recently went up for a visit to the showroom, we went around lunch time and we were the only ones there for a while until a few other groups came through. And even then it wasn't too busy that the lady couldn't help us. Definitely worth the visit! Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 28Jul 08, 2016 8:02 pm Things are finally happening! Signed contracts for our block, loan approved, hopefully contracts will be exchanged next week. We are happy with out 2nd tender from coral so we should be ordering contracts shortly. Anyone know how long the contracts take? We need to organise to sell our current house but trying to minimise the time we will be staying with my parents. I think that is the average time. Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens Gold Coast viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81406 Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 32Jul 09, 2016 9:23 pm Congratulations! I've found waiting good too, there has been so many things I've seen on this forum that I've added in where I wouldn't have if our block had been registered straight away. Looking forward to seeing your build get underway. Are you getting coral to do your flooring? Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 34Jul 10, 2016 8:18 pm Jessiej Congratulations! I've found waiting good too, there has been so many things I've seen on this forum that I've added in where I wouldn't have if our block had been registered straight away. Looking forward to seeing your build get underway. Are you getting coral to do your flooring? Yes we have learnt lots by reading this forum while waiting. We might of been disappointed if we were able to jump straight in with land ready and waiting. We were getting the current sensations flooring package with coral but we cant get it with the current discounted elegance package. We got a local flooring quote and it was about $2000 cheaper than corals price so we will organise it ourselves. How are things going with you? Did you decide on the Santorinni? Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 35Jul 10, 2016 8:21 pm Dee80 That's great new's about the promotion, oh how I would love an extra $14 right about now! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=83796 We were going to get the designer style and higher ceilings as we couldnt really stretch the budget to elegance and we were so close to sending off for contracts and then i checked the coral website and saw the new promotion. It brought the elegance price down to basically what we were paying for designer with a few extras. Any news on your approval? Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 36Jul 11, 2016 1:24 pm That's great you could get the flooring 2 grand cheaper than coral, pays to shop around! Yes we are going with the Santorini, just waiting on our land to register which hopefully is only a couple more months away Re: Our Coral Homes Noosa 26 37Jul 15, 2016 9:16 pm Contracts exchanged so the block will officially be ours on the 10th of August. Awaiting a 149 certificate from the council before we can order our contracts from coral. They are saying contracts are only taking about 2 weeks at the moment, hopefully we can get things moving. There are a couple of houses starting to be built in our estate, can't wait until it's our turn! Thats great your start date is getting closer, so exciting!!! Yes we drive past our estate often and its exciting to see things happening, one house bricked and some slab starting. Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
