Hi All,
Can anyone share an average Timeframe of a single story build from Earthworks to End of each major stage?
Would love to have an estimate on what to expect?

We had our slab down early December. We have been waiting on painters for 3 weeks. Other than painting there are just a few small jobs to go. Our estimated end date was 21 July and up until a few weeks ago I thought we were about a month ahead. I can't recall off the top of my head the exact timeframes for each stage of the build, but I have recorded what happened when on the first post in my build thread if you want to have a look. Keep in mind our builder is well known for not having enough tradies and not scheduling jobs very well... We have had a lot of waiting time.
