Ooo getting close now, what have they got left to do?

Painting
Front door, future timber staining
down pipes
media room (They ran out of paint the other day so have to do 3 coat)

Painter came yesterday to check the pending work and said he is doing it this Saturday. Also, I was thinking of painting the laundry door in Mocha to match with entrance door but he suggested not to because they are different wood and mocha won't look good in laundry door.. I changed it to monument.

I haven't done PCI yet but the building inspector has done his inspection and issued occupancy certificate

1) Your signed Progress Claim Certificate

2) The builders Tax Invoice

3) VIC / TAS/ NT/ ACT - Occupancy Certificate

So I guess occupancy certificate not required in NSW and Queensland...
