We should have titled by now but looks like they may not get the compliance for a while looking at the fact that its been more than 3 weeks now for the stuff up. Oh no. That's such a pain, it also means your builder can't do their soil and survey test. It's so stupid that the developer can stuff up so much and not be penalised but if we miss anything they're onto us in a flash. I can understand if it's a delay in compliance or title office but completing the wrong drawings, that wouldn't be a standard delay so it'd bring it up with the builder. Re: Eliston Estate - Clyde, Melbourne 207Sep 10, 2017 5:06 pm Hi guys, We have purchased a lot in Powlett Release . does anyone knows the estimate site-cost for a 448m2 block. Mathy Re: Eliston Estate - Clyde, Melbourne 208Sep 11, 2017 11:41 pm mathyvarnan Hi guys, We have purchased a lot in Powlett Release . does anyone knows the estimate site-cost for a 448m2 block. Mathy The site costs depend on a range of factors (soil, fall, fill, rock, piers, etc). In Eliston if you purchased near Patterson road it's not too bad but if your block is where the old dam was than the costs are above $20k due to the fill. Check your engineering plan this will tell you if you have any controlled fill on your block. It's crazy to think they can fill it on, compact or and build on it! Re: Eliston Estate - Clyde, Melbourne 212Sep 14, 2017 2:46 pm mathyvarnan yeh i just want to know the estimate price .. Not sure if this helps Mathyvarnan but our block is 500m, M class soil, Waffle slab and approx 1m fall over the building envelope. We're building a double story and our site cost was $12k including council regulations. I know of someone building where the old dam was and their block was 448m, single storey, no fall and their site cost was $35k.
