For a 390m2 block it's $308,000 . So I'm guessing for a 448m2 block it'd be about $330k to $340k. Re: Eliston Estate - Clyde, Melbourne 196Jul 31, 2017 10:44 am Hi Everyone First time posting so take it easy on me . We are in Stage 6 on Abundance Circuit. Our land titled in mid June and settled on 28 June after a lot of back and forth with bank, conveyancer etc. Our builder submitted our plans for developer approval beginning of July and we were told it would take 3 weeks but we are still waiting 4 weeks later. For those in Stage 6 who would have settled around the same time as us, how has your experience been with these developer plans? Hi Gabriel, The agency that manages the developer approvals is NGDD and they can be contacted directly. Hopefully they can give you an update but they also manage a few other estates including highgrove and I've heard they are very strict and are very picky. We will be submitting our garden plans shortly but it'll be a while before our house plans are complete. Re: Eliston Estate - Clyde, Melbourne 200Aug 09, 2017 1:56 pm Well, the drawing people have stuffed up on their drawings showing wrong boundaries. We should have titled by now but looks like they may not get the compliance for a while looking at the fact that its been more than 3 weeks now for the stuff up. follow my build Arden homes Votivo 37 iin south east: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88622 I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 45547 It's all about wireless, self install now.
