The block is 476 sq/m and we were looking at building the headland design. There inclusions seem very good and they seem to be very flexible in house design. About 2 weeks from moving in. We had a few problems with our build but it happens with every build its hard to be patient but it does take time which is hard when you are renting and paying a mortgage. Overall i have been happy with them i would rate them about 7 out of 10. They have good flexibility with all house plans but it depends on your supervisor as they will feed you most of the communication about your build. Ask for references and speak to them.
