Tia Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 42sq 82Jan 10, 2018 7:05 am Hay Hildzy, Good luck with the build. Just be mentally prepared that the construction might take 12 months.. FS is too slow..they are trying to improve it but I think it would take some time...also make sure anything you want is written in the contract..I am finding that FS contractors don't bother reading drawings or plans... I had some major issues in that regards.. Since you are going with cedar..keep in mind the walls around the garage are in brick finish and not rendered.. unlike in the photo..see the plans..I missed that.. Hey Bhoot Have been reading a lot of these forums and hate to agree with you but seems 12months is realistic minimum. Interesting you say that about the rendered brickwork I’ll have to keep an eye out as I don’t have a full set of plans yet only have a standard set for bank approval (floor top and bottom and house set on block) Did you do the same house or just same facade? Thanks Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 42sq 86Feb 22, 2018 11:01 am HI Bhoot and Le le, we are also building with Firstyle. We are building the Grantham and currently waiting on our internal and electrical appointments. Would appreciate if you can share your upgrade pricing so we can plan ahead. Are you getting them to install all downlights or only battons for future installation? Thanks Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 42sq 87Feb 22, 2018 11:03 am Hay.. PM me your email and I'll send you the price list. What size are you building?? Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 42sq 91Feb 26, 2018 10:45 am Hi Hildzy, Hope you don't get a SS like mine during the early stages of the build. If it is double story then I would say Jan next year but if you are going with a single story then by Dec you should be in. I have just sent you the email. Cheers, M Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 42sq 94Oct 26, 2018 12:20 pm Hi All, I just signed my tender with First style homes and this is our first home. I am going for colour selection and electrical appointments soon. Please provide me your experience with these, and what do we need to look during this stage. Please also give some feed back about the brick selection with Austral and PGH Which one will be better. I am thinking with Austral brick. Please share your experience , so that it will help us guiding our first home selection. Your comments much appreciated in advance, Thanks and regards Lini Re: Firstyle Home - Braeside 42sq 96Oct 24, 2019 2:22 pm https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/firstyle-homes#questions Start here for feedback and questions.
