Congrats on the build start, it will start moving quickly now
It's been a long time since I've had anything worth posting, but the retaining wall is finally done and now coral can move on the slab.

Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder…
