Re: Beechwod Split Level Costs 2.5mt 2Jun 18, 2016 2:59 pm Hi Tom2016, we built the Lexia Slim Twist by Beechwood in 2015 and have a split. We have a 2.5mtr fall across our block rear to front. The cost for our split was $10,282 which includes 8 course step down (4 stairs). This is in addition to the Fixed Priced Site Costs $19,716, Provisional Allowances $8,400, Basix $11,766 and Council Requirements $4115... Also with a fall that deep think about retaining walls, we had to have a 1m wall at the back and on one of the sides and it cost us around $16k! It will cost us another $16k to finish off the landscaping. We definitely learnt our lesson with getting a sloped block! I hope this helps, check out my blog there should be pics of the split on it...
