Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 101Feb 12, 2018 5:54 pm Sorry, yes ur right machinery,i dint travel that way, thank you for confirming. I am always thinking of montheo how come those people dont have kanagaroo management plan. Do you think they are giving wrong information for us.thank you. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 102Feb 13, 2018 10:42 am The developer is fooling all of us for the lame reason for this long delay. Common sense Guys, the greenvale central land site is sorounded by other land developer and i think they don’t have any kangaroo plan issues. We need to talk about together and act quickly before end of March otherwise we are waiting for nothing as sunset clause is coming soon. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 104Feb 13, 2018 11:08 am We never received any single email since May 2017 about the updates of the land/property. I as the purchaser of the land, I think we need a written/email to update the land purchaser as evidence from the land developer but they doen’t do that and they doesn’t reply all our inquiries. This is SCARY thing! Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 106Feb 13, 2018 11:33 am I agree with you Allan, purchasing land in any context is a large investment. It would have to be considered reasonable that the developer would email any kind of communication, especially when there’s been a delay. I don’t believe it’s fair that purchases have not revived any communication since May 2017. There is so many reasons for all involved with this development to be concerned as there is no communication around delays and for the most part we have to sit here wondering what is going on. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 107Feb 13, 2018 12:13 pm Yes guys ,yes we need to discuss very seriously thats reasons i ask every one has share emails id or phone no form group contact each other.(i know we contact each other here)but nothing in progress .rather than sharing communication here.one day we catch up all in greenvale shopping centre. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 110Feb 13, 2018 12:18 pm Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can really do other than speaking with your conveyancer, MP and attend Greenvale associate resident meetings to raise your concerns with communication and/or lack progress. Legally there’s a signed contract that states the sunset clause, getting together at the moment probably isn’t ideal for most people as there’s the signed contract. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 116Feb 17, 2018 11:42 am The next Greenvale residents association meeting is being held on the 22nd of February at 7:00pm at the Greenvale Rec centre. I’ve asked for for our development to be on the agenda, hopefully they put it on. Greenvale Central stage 1 118Feb 18, 2018 4:11 pm Hi all, for what it’s worth, I saw a excavator being dropped off where the house they need to knock down is.... hopefully this means progress for you all. Believe me when I say, I know how you all feel. We built in Greenvale Orchards and Our land titles were delayed 18mths from when they said they would title. It’s a very frustrating time....
