Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 63Jan 24, 2018 7:18 pm Hello! I haven’t heard anything. I’m rather nervous. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 65Jan 24, 2018 9:19 pm Just now got a response to our email to gbprojects (emails directly to sales person dint work!!!).
And this waiting seems hopeless! See this! Is it possible to confirm this with council or someone? Feel like they are just telling us some excuses. In last May it was issue withcutting trees. Now kangaroos! Looks like only this estate has all these problems! Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 66Jan 25, 2018 6:40 am Hai good morning all yes i do got message exactly. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 69Jan 25, 2018 8:51 am I would recommend talking with your conveyancer with concerns as they may be able to clarify any concerns. As per the Greenvale Precinct structure plan “Kangaroo Management Plan A permit granted for subdivision of land must include the following conditions: •before certification of the plan of subdivision, a Kangaroo Management Plan must be submitted to and approved by the secretary to the department of Environment and Primary industries. Once approved the plan will be endorsed by the responsible authority and form part of the permit.” Page 19, C3. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 73Jan 25, 2018 10:14 am Hi All, I just spoke to the council and they advised that they cannot tell me the exact hold up but they can see on their system it's more than one or two things, it's several. They advised approval could be at any time if the developer met all the requirements but they haven't and they're not sure why it's taking the developer so long. They did also say though that it takes longer for a stage 1 to title than any other stage.. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 76Jan 25, 2018 11:09 am Yes true allanz , they are always saying council and civil contract people make delays as per our all previous messages. Yes we need to take some action if no progress on end of this month..Thank you. Re: Greenvale Central stage 1 78Jan 25, 2018 12:16 pm Hi Guys, This is an email from my conveyancer. Even the vendor’s solicitor have no response as well. Hi Allan, Thank you for your email. We have tried numerous times to contact the Vendor’s solicitor with no response. Usually in these circumstances when they don’t respond it means they have asked their client and are getting no answers/updates. I have today left a further message for them and also another email. As soon as I hear anything I will let you know. Kind regards Conveyancing Manager Hi, just need to ask if anyone build with Central Properties in Victoria.
