That is really cutting it close for contract dates... I've been told that once roof is on they can get multiple jobs happening at once.? Let's hope they can get it done sooner than your PCI! It is amazing the estimated timelines given eh! A neighbour who moved from north lakes qld a major master planned suburb north of Brisbane said he was seeing whole houses finish in 12 weeks so definitely much different time standards depending on supply and demand... Alas it makes many of us on H1 no less crazy over the wait!
