If anyone deserves to be in their house by now it should be you. It must hurt the soul to see all these houses start after you finish before you GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 It does hurt to be honest. I have friends that bought land in October, they are only about 3 weeks behind me, and may even complete before me... 2.9 years I've been waiting for this house to be completed. There's a part of me that doesn't truly believe I will ever move into this house.. Its hard to keep my cool.. I just want to enjoy my build and share photos like everyone else..but I know others have had it worse, so just try to be grateful.. I mean at least I will eventually have a house, most of my family will never be in a position to buy a house. Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 8 Frames still not up... 2303Mar 13, 2017 7:19 pm Oh Charli I'm so sorry, it breaks my heart to read your thread and see such poor progress and then it makes me really mad at the company. I would never recommend them to anyone after the experience you have had they have a lot to make up to you and I'm praying that at some point in your build things start to pick up ❤️❤️ Follow my build - Newlyweds First Home - Hallmark Homes Coomera QLD https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?url=ht ... are_type=t Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 8 Frames still not up... 2304Mar 14, 2017 6:38 pm Went out the block this arv because we received our shed invoice it looks so good!! Looks like the scheduling has totally missed the point with the build though - the trusses are normally dropped off after the frame is up so they can be later on the top to avoid having to lift them all up by hand! Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 8 Frames still not up... 2306Mar 14, 2017 7:00 pm Hahaha the SS from the shed company joked about having a crack at it lol GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 8 Frames still not up... 2307Mar 14, 2017 7:16 pm I'm not a massive shed fan, but yours is fabbbbbulous D Good to see some progress even if its not your house. I remember someone commenting on my roof trusses being up at frame stage (might have been you Charli).. and I spent like 10 minutes staring at my photos of my frame looking for steel or something, when I finally realised what trusses were Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 8 Frames still not up... 2308Mar 14, 2017 7:33 pm How big is that, me and puppy could live in there Coral Homes Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens Gold Coast Viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81406 Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 8 Frames still not up... 2309Mar 14, 2017 7:46 pm Yay!!!! Yucky worm is horrible Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 8 Frames still not up... 2316Mar 15, 2017 7:20 am As soon as I saw the forecast for this week I felt for you. Knowing our builder, they won't put up in the rain The shed looks great though. Little worried your wooden post isn't wrapped though. Make sure you check it all over when it goes up invade of any chips or indents. Hopefully this will be the only rain for your build and then they can go full speed. ~Shellby~ GJ Bridgewater 203 11/3/2016 - Site Work Started 29/9/2016 - Handover 142 Work Days 6 Work Days Over https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80174 Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 8 Frames still not up... 2317Mar 15, 2017 7:30 am I can't even imagine how you must feel - that timeline is disgusting!!
