Our fascia and gutters we done in a day and one tradie. Hopefully GJ's tradie can too 🤞 Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 14 Roof Trusses Started 2763Apr 22, 2017 8:26 am Charlibear If it's any consolation, my pictures of the framing of my house date back to February, and on Thursday when I last visited, it still isn't finished! It is a slightly different situation as the frames are being made on site, not delivered to be installed, but I feel your pain. Those frames will get finished! Variegated Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 14 Roof Trusses Started 2764Apr 22, 2017 9:57 am They will definitely be able to finish the trusses and do fascias by then. Should really only take a day or two.....weather they will or not is another story judging by their progress so far. I think it's time you start being the "squeaky wheel"..... Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 14 Roof Trusses Started 2765Apr 22, 2017 10:20 am Feel for you. It is really hard when you go to visit and nothing has been done. Building is suppose to be fun and exciting, but I've found it a mostly frustrating and draining experience and I'm sure your feeling much the same. It surprising how what's happening with the house can control my entire mood, which is why I refuse to visit this weekend. Next weekend I have to be down there, but this weekend I'm going to enjoy myself and not think about the house. *hug* I hope things get better soon, at least after next week the public holidays will be over for a while and progress should pick up.
