Hi Perry I walked past yesterday and thought it looked like you were almost finished so both happy/sad to see your most recent update... fingers crossed it's not too much longer! I know how frustrating it is though, we had a benchtop issue that delayed our move in by 4 weeks (including missing my 30th bday... not quite Christmas but still disappointing).

So disappointing how much they get delay it for there own mistakes

We have taken the issue higher now as we still haven't had any contact and they have messed it up again!

Hi guys

I wish I could say we are in; we were told handover would be the 19th of December

We have been waiting on taps/basins since the 22nd of November when they told me it was ordered wrong... I confirmed which ones on the 22nd and apparently the order was placed on the 5th of December....

Haven't had any contact since the 18th of December.

Hopefully something happens next week otherwise I will be taking things higher up the chain as we tried to make contact 3 times last week and not one person has returned our calls,emails or texts...

Can't decide:: re paint colour I have it in my folder and will check for you tonight

Update: basins and taps are finally here!!!
PCI looking at next week

One tip, I can give you is "Take your time"... at times people will get too excited and forget the purpose of PCI.... INSPECT....

All went really well! Was very surprised

Minor paint touch ups, a hole cut for the dishwasher pipes
1 window lock needs fixing and the insulation in the roof other then that we are all good

Will apparently be done by Monday and then back to check before settlement

But we had settlement on Wednesday and have moved in!
Absolutely loving it

A lot of things were still not done that we were told were so about to get in touch for them to be fixed
