Some mesh wires were not tied in together 2. Some waffle pods we not aligned properly 3. Some steel was touching the plastic piping 4. The alfresco needed more steel I'm so happy with Darbecca at the moment its peace of mind, i spent $600,000 on this home so an extra $3-4k is not going to hurt. We are getting the same ones I think (3 panel stacker sliding) in white from A&L. Did you get the long form handle as well? I was planning to go with them but there were indications on this forum a little while back about them getting a bit too busy and being difficult to book on the day you want. Still haven't decided whether to go with them or New Home Inspections. Nice to hear you've had good experiences with them and they are proving to be a good investment. Our 37sq Custom Hamptons Inspired Home: http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=86931 So far we've had two inspections and they have been available on the day we asked for both times. We haven't joined them on site intentionally so they can concentrate on finding as many defects as possible instead of spending time explaining them to us. There reports are so thorough and detailed. 37 pages for our latest one. I've heard some other inspectors just list "not to code, please ask builder to investigate" without a clear description of the defect. I'm really pleased with Darbecca. - View my blog at www.waldorfgrangebuild.wordpress.com Re: Building the Waldorf Grange by Porter Davis 320May 22, 2017 9:18 pm Waldorf_Grange_Build Dani_J Waldorf_Grange_Build [quote="Aimen"]Well i had my pre pour inspection with Darbecca last week, they found the following issues: 1.
