I'm looking for a warm colour that is similar to Dulux Hog Bristle. Does anyone out there have any advice? Just get the Dulux Hogs Bristle made up in Wattyl!!!! Apparently to do this will cost extra as it is not in the standard range!!! . Would full strength or half strength Hog Bristle be better? I really like warm colours but have heard that full strength can be a bit dark. Re: Wattyl/Pascol colours 7Jul 31, 2008 10:07 pm This will depend on how much natural light you have coming into your home.
I quite like full strength, but a lot of people do ½. Get yourself a paint chip of the Hogs Bristle, then compare that colour to the Wattyl range, it wont be hard to find one. Should take you 10 minutes in the paint shop. Dulux has a new range of colour chips out, all the popular paints are now done in chips of full, 1/2 and ¼ strength. It’s great!!!!
