Tiles - Main Floor tiles : Heartwood White 300 × 600 - Ensuite tiles: Soho Light Grey and the feature tile is Black Metal Lappato - Kitchen Splash back: Fudge White We ended up spending about $8K more during the tile selections, the additional cost was mainly due to full height tiling in all washroom's Electrical - All LED's are owner supplied and coral to install ( I think it was $78 for coral to wire and install each LED) I will need a total of 105 including the LED's, Pendants and Chandeliers. - Additional TV Points - $92 - all ground floor switches upgraded to Saturn range - In-ceiling Bluetooth speakers - $1240 - Ceiling fans in all bedrooms - $2072 We went a bit overboard with all the electrical's, the end cost was about $20K more. But there are a lot more options in the Gold Coast colour studio. Our sales consultant (Hayley) suggested we go to the Gold Coast viewtopic.php?f=31&t=83550 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
