Re: Coral Daydream 32 1064Aug 06, 2017 3:32 pm We have a quote for Barrier Reef and will prob go with them when we have some cash lol Re: Coral Daydream 32 1065Aug 06, 2017 3:33 pm This is probably the best pic of the pavers as they are in the pallet and tied in but you get an idea of the colour. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ We have decided to have white exposed aggregate all around, other than the coping pavers. It will extend from the alfresco around the pool and all the way across behind the alfresco, extending our seating area. We will also have a small garden bed across the back fence. Another job to do is extending the retaining wall across the back. So much to do, so many people to coordinate. Hopefully will all be ready in a couple of months. Can't wait to see our gorgeous travertine around our pool. Another job to tick off the list. Next job is to complete the rear retaining wall so all our exposed ag can be poured. Re: Coral Daydream 32 1068Aug 08, 2017 2:50 pm Wow it's all so beautiful & will look amazing with the white aggregate. I want a pool too perhaps a house would be a good start though Re: Coral Daydream 32 1069Aug 08, 2017 6:01 pm BrownDog77 Wow it's all so beautiful & will look amazing with the white aggregate. When's your concrete get done? Im SOOO eager to see it. In a post above do you mean you saved $5k going with barrier reef, or you would have saved $5k if you went with leisure? Re: Coral Daydream 32 1078Aug 10, 2017 5:31 am We would have saved that going through Leisure as their price included the 1st row of coping. We are not exactly sure when the congreting will be done. The concreter wants to wait as long as possible for all the surrounding ground to settle as well as it can to prevent the concrete cracking. We also have to get that back retaining walll done too. I would say in the next 3- 4 weeks though. Re: Coral Daydream 32 1079Aug 10, 2017 5:34 am bribiebell MrsJM Woooooooow!!! Love it! DreamHome2point0 Looks really good Bec! 😍 vonsta76 lovely! You guys are going to have an amazing summer Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4342 |
