I probably shouldn't do it everyday, I was almost late for work. It's very exciting though. It's still early days but Tony has been great so far, he's really hands on and was keen to get in and get it started.

We have 10 progress payments
Being a smaller builder he probably doest have a big cash reserve to pay trades from like the project builders.

As bad as it is getting big invoices i always get kinda excited as it means we are another step closee to getting our house!
