Slab pour was delayed for some reason. Will be tomorrow instead. All boxed up and almost ready to go.

Darbecca inspection found a few issues. Some were rectified during the inspection. Hopefully the remaining few will be done prior to the pour tomorrow

7 days to cure and then the frame should go up

Roof and gutters..


Looking good Pirz! My frame was completed on Friday and yesterday they did the facia and gutters and today they are installing the colourbond roof. SS said after that, they do the electrical & plumbing rough-in followed by bricks. Hope this helps

Yesterday we changed our bricks to Hawthorn (Cat 5). I've been worrying about our original choice of Red Mannagum (Cat 1) ever since our colourappointment.

Unconditional finance approved today.

Just waiting for our land to be titled now - hoping it will next month!

We paid $3003. I guess this may differ depending on your house size.
Great thanks for that, its not too bad I was thinking more. I am looking at the Vienna or Monaco at this stage.
