Just hoping to get my ducks in a row with knowing when to schedule in activities like pit establishment, demo etc and anything else before contracts. I do however have a few spreadsheets that I downloaded a while back from a company called Organized Builders - http://organizedbuilders.com.au/Buildin ... -Downloads Their Residential-House-Building-Template as an xls spreadsheet is OK for the average punter and likewise their Specification-Template as a docx file is handy. As for something more specific like a prelim siteworks schedule, I think free ones would be thin on the ground.
