Re: Tender presentation for new house 3May 08, 2016 10:45 pm Hey Sappy. The tender/ contract will detail what you are getting, including your plans, all of your selections, pricing and payment schedule etc. You don't need to prepare as such but on the day make sure you understand absolutely everything presented in the contract and if you are unsure of anything at all, ask! This includes the drawings as well. Remember if it's not on the drawings or listed in the contract, you won't be getting it. So make sure nothing is missing. If anything is missing or incorrect, you should tell the presenter prior to signing and they should address it on the day via raising a post contract variation (PCV). PCVs supersede anything in the contract, so it's fine to sign the contract in conjunction with a PCV(s) that addresses any issues. Does that make sense? I wouldn't sign anything unless you are 100% satisfied that everything has been addressed no matter how much they pressure you. If you need more time to review the contract documents before signing, ask for it. Good luck! Re: Tender presentation for new house 4May 09, 2016 12:50 pm Dani_J Hey Sappy.
