Not sure why they should be charging us for that. Is this a fair deal? Does anyone know? It sounds ridiculously high price for standard underlay. What other options do they give to customers other than accepting with the price and go ahead. If we want to install separately after the handover it would cost more ( i believe). Noticed this when i went to sign for MP-45....price of a normal flush door to put for closing WIR have gone from 158 to $384. Thats too much hike. Have we got any other options -expect to accept Re: Montpellier45_Journey 208Nov 14, 2016 2:00 pm The site costs for KDBR came up around 55K so for in the quote. Following is the list. Can someone please suggest or advise any room for negotiation/or request to revisit the quote? Site Costs Allowance 30000 Traffic Mgmt 5200 Provide Stake & Barricade to front nature strip 472 Material Handling charges 3900 (Allowance) Hydraulic Report 510 Crane Truck & Dogman 5350 charges for drainer to connect to existing timeworn drainage services 450 Site cage for rubbish in lieu of site bin 4300 Surcharge for KDBR 5000 Total: 55182 or will there be any other options to avoid any of the other items etc. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated ! My consultant just responded to me and said that the price given to me by my CLE was the full retail price and it needed to deduct cat 1 $ from it. Phew...got me so worried.... Hoping it comes up to a more affordable option.
