The requirements, who does them (builder or separate contractor) and when they get done (during build or after)? I've been onto my council website but very limited info on there. It's better to do it usually before the build but it can be done after. It's good to communicate with the neighbours also but sometimes they do it themselves and not do what you were wanting. Concrete lasts longer and looks nicer but more expensive and timber is cheaper and lasts like ten years.
