We chose similar colours. We went with monument grey for the gutters and facia. Plus chose flat profile roof tiles in gunmetal. Eclipse for the bricks and paperbark for the render. Same colour door and timber cladding Re: Manhattan 25 (Modified to 26) - Jordan Springs 4Apr 30, 2016 4:14 pm Coral Homes Manhattan 25 (Modified to 26) - Jordan Springs 5Apr 30, 2016 4:22 pm Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅
Tiles, larger are the main floor tiles 600x600. Then we have the wood look tiles stacked brick bond on all the wet area floors with the bathroom and ensuite having them continue up one wall. The smaller tiles wrap the rest of the walls and are behind the laundry tub. We also opted to change the grout everywhere to match the colour of the tiles in each area. For our small splashback either side of our window we have these. Hoping they start first thing tuesday morning as it is a long weekend up here in qld. Good luck with the build! Thanks hoping everything works together. Apparently there is a wait across the whole of NSW on roof tiles, originally they were supposed to be delivered on the 5th of May but now it's not going to be until the 16th , wishing we just went with colourbond. Are you guys building with coral as well? Re: Manhattan 25 (Modified to 26) - Jordan Springs 9Apr 30, 2016 6:36 pm Before I forgot here are the kitchen colours.
Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Went with osprey for the bench and licorice linea in gloss for the bottom cupboards and polar white gloss for the top. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The bathrooms are similar but reverse, walnut bench tops and polar white gloss cupboards. Re: Manhattan 25 (Modified to 26) - Jordan Springs 10Apr 30, 2016 6:39 pm Yes im building the avoca 25 but have the colourbond roof with the steel frames promotion Re: Manhattan 25 (Modified to 26) - Jordan Springs 11Apr 30, 2016 6:41 pm Hehe your kitchen colours are similar again to mine lol except i have burnished wood silk for all kitchen cabinetry (with osprey island) Re: Manhattan 25 (Modified to 26) - Jordan Springs 12Apr 30, 2016 6:41 pm We thought about taking that option but ultimately decided to go with them for the flooring instead. Did you guys get the elegance package or just opt for the steel frame with the colourbond on the designer range. Didnt want to go elegance as i frelt it would be a waste choosing the kitchen upgrade as i am supplying miele appliances Re: Manhattan 25 (Modified to 26) - Jordan Springs 15Apr 30, 2016 7:06 pm Im thinking your build will probably be ahead of me, that way I can see the colours come together lol Re: Manhattan 25 (Modified to 26) - Jordan Springs 16Apr 30, 2016 7:09 pm We ditched their appliances and they credited us back around $1200 so I put that towards our fisher and paykel appliances. The brand that they supply is definitely less than sub par lol. Really hope we get moving if we have to wait even longer for our roof tiles you might jump ahead of us Re: Manhattan 25 (Modified to 26) - Jordan Springs 17Apr 30, 2016 7:32 pm Yup i have not heard good things about tecnika. I tell you what though it'll be pretty close with roofs going on, since my frames havent started yet, im not sure how long after frames are up that the roof goes on?
