I have well given up on a xmas finish but with this level of organisation I feel like it could be done next week... Anyone know the timeframes ie leaving slab to set etc? Re: GJ Gardner - modified Peninsula 249sqm 478Sep 06, 2016 10:53 pm Yay towns!!!! It's happening for you!! Not sure on slab dry time. I think down here they let it cure for a week and then the frames go up - otherwise known as Kym - Re: GJ Gardner - modified Peninsula 249sqm 479Sep 07, 2016 7:18 am Congrats on the start. Ours is a raft slab with quite a lot of deep footings (clay soil) - frame was on 5 days later. Re: GJ Gardner - modified Peninsula 249sqm 480Sep 07, 2016 8:13 am Thats exciting to know. I have just texted our site supervisor to introduce myself and ask him to communicate through the build so we can visit the site when important things are happening. Hopefully he will be okay with this! Either way Iv still got GJ's building manager lady to communicate with if I dont hear back. Trying to add a quick conduit for a front portico light... Hoping its not too late! Oh and a dog door! May I ask why you chose not to use GJ Gardiner? I'm actually meeting with one of the sales guys tomorrow for an appointment. Definitely not signing anything yet… 3 13234 |
