Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 27, 2016 10:17 am Just found that prices have been reduced. It used to be Cat1-$690, Cat2-$790 and Cat3-$890 m2. In the recent appointment to someone they charged Organic White (Cat3) they charged $640 m2. It looks like gone down by $250 m2. Also for 40 mm edge they used charge inconsistently. Now they are charging at $60 per LM, for Organic white, which really makes sense. Re: Metricon Caesarstone prices cheaper now 2Nov 27, 2016 12:43 pm If that the case it's very reasonable!! And it would also be a first for builders actually reducing pricing:-) My Phoenix by Metricon in Melbourne viewtopic.php?f=31&t=83584&p=1570829&hilit=my+phoenix+by+metricon+in+melbourne#p1570829 Re: Metricon Caesarstone prices cheaper now 4Jan 08, 2017 11:05 pm Also, anybody tried to get half-wall tiles in ensuite and bathroom? Cat1 wall tiles are priced at $93 (victoria). Full wall tile per wall is really expensive at $470 whereas the area covered would not be more than 1.5 m2 sometimes and if you go by area would not be more than $150 per wall. Even if you are upgrading it would not be more than $200 per wall. M does area wise in pantry, kitchen and laundry. Hoping that they will do it in ensuite as well. I think the proposal that a supply and demand curve are a natural law are well exaggerated. Wages never seem to follow this curve, and also prices for supply are sticky… 18 20196 Tradie may sit at home but will need to get house plastered as well or will you sit it out? 6 7708 9 19180 |
