So booked movers, took AL etc but in fact many things were either not started or not completed. The house was certainly liveable but for the last 26 days being in I have had tradies most days and the mess and dust I come home to each night is horrible. I expect another 2 weeks top before all completed. So my question is: although I have moved in, can I claim for damages as per our contract?
