The other 2 blocks are lower than the block I'm interested in so I'm wondering whether this will limit my ability to build in any way (e.g. only one story house or no pool). Also, I don't yet have the detailed plan of the lot so I don't know which lot the retaining walls are on but I would love know what their future maintenance cost might be ?
