Wanting to build with Simonds Brookfield/Melton

Hi Guys,

My partner and I are wanting to build with Simonds and we are looking at a 33sqm. However the block we are looking at have a slope of 2-3 metre with a H soil. Any builder out there could give me a rough quote?

Are you interested in contacting Henley Homes? I have a contact at Woodlea i can PM you if you like. The Lexington is 32 squares and has base price of $245k. Henley can advise site costs if this is what you're enquiring about
On average total cost for a house is likely to be $10000 per square. I'm building a 47 square home in Melton south for $487k and includes a lot of upgrades. Great to hear from someone else building in Melton. Where about is your land?

have you got a flat block?
To be frank we have not spoken to anyone at Henley yet. There is sooo many builders that it is so hard to decide which one.

The only reason we are looking at Simonds is because the Bolton design that they have had walk in robe in all rooms. We looked at Boutique and Metricon too. We might head there on the weekend and have a look at Henley too.

Hi danevechild, sorry I only just saw your message. We have a block I in Belle Gardens stage 8, I think its the final stage. Its fairly flat about 0.7m fall . land was meant to title DEC/Jan but now will be April

Hi danevechild, developer now saying May!!! Just waiting now. Hopefully no more delays, as we have already signed building contract.
