It’s been a while since we provided an update cause our site manager left and the construction manager is still helping us get across the line with handover.
Handover has been scheduled for this Thursday. Hopefully it won’t need to be extended

But the construction manager checked the site this afternoon and promised me it’s ready for handover tomorrow. I have the bank cheque ready to go

Excellent!! It's been a very long journey for you, since we both did break dirt at almost the same time. I'm so glad you've finally about to get your house. Looking forward to a whole bunch of pics tomorrow =)

581 days since we started the construction phase
Just over a month since our little one arrived
Today, on Friday 13th, we finally got handover
It’s been a long emotional journey. We’ve learnt a lot through the process, met many good people at Metricon and on this forum. The key lesson learnt is to remain positive despite the challenges you will face during the build
There are still items to be fixed but we trust our area manager will follow through with fixing those outstanding items. Any other items we find during the warranty period, we will note down for further rectification.

Hi Renman, we got someone else to do it but M kindly let us in as we had done PCI and they probably felt sorry for us
These landscapers also did a few other M houses so the site manager trusts them I guess
