The section 32 says the following services are NOT connected to the land: Gas- not connected to land Electricity- not connected to land Water- not connected to land Sewarage- not connected to land There is currently a house on it, but it is a deceased estate. Does this mean that the owner's relatives have simply disconnected the gas, water, electricity and sewarage, or have they completely abolished them and they no longer exist in the land??? It would be pretty weird to completely abolish all services on a house you were planning on selling. Have a look to see if there are overhead power lines connected from the street, and also see if there is a gas meter on site.
