Building A New House
Apr 09, 2016 11:48 am
About to start building a duplex house in Melbourne with one of the big builders. However they are not willing to organise the demolition of our existing house as it is a semi detached double brick. Can anyone recommended a demolition contractor that can do this kind of work. I have spoken to a few and they are unwilling.
Better yet has anyone done this previously, and what are the steps involved?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Wow ! You may well have to dig down outside and water-proof membrane. Then an ag drain as well. Floor doesn't look that good either.
