After you do your final contract so definitely make sure you add a tiling provision We have only 9.5k for tiling and we wanting 600x600 procelain tiles. Not sure if that will be enough...doubting but crossing my fingers and toes it will. That's good news then we'll be able to help in pricing if we can. You've pretty much got it covered then Tiling provision is a good, none of us can help you yet because we haven't done tiles. We opted Beaumont tiles because of lack of choices @ studio so our appointment is 28th April on a Saturday If you'd like a copy of some electrical pricing let me know to give you an idea what to expect. What carpets and flooring did you end up with in internals? Yes please copy of electrical pricing will be so helpful! You are right, so limited at studio with regards to tiles. I am asking for an appointment at Beaumount tiles too. I want to tiles to the ceiling in all ensuites....I dare not think how much it will cost...sure gonna have sleepless nights soon. lol Getting cat 2 carpets and tiles hoping for procelain at Beaumount tiles. I am going over there tomorrow just to look and see what we like. [/quote] I hear that labour costs for 600 tiles are a lot, so I shall find out appointment time. Might have to stick to standard Re: Dream Home - Glendale 45 24Apr 10, 2016 12:34 am Emmz70 You are right, the workmanship is alot more. I will make sure to take some photos. You just log in and you'll see all your appointments due and you can message your CSC through this. Just keep an eye out for it they don't tell you. You accidentally find it lol Usually they issue it before internals and once you receive studio m book viewtopic.php?t=79203 Re: Dream Home - Glendale 45 30Apr 10, 2016 12:43 pm Emmz70 Oh..... My colour consultant was meant to come back to me on Friday with regards to all the upgrades and inclusions that we have greedily asked for (am sure we will be cutting back on some). But she called and informed me that its not ready and will get back to me on coming Tuesday instead. We have our electrical appointment then....we will wait to see what the end number is. Feeling nervous. Re: Dream Home - Glendale 45 31Apr 10, 2016 12:51 pm JNT_Glendale45 Emmz70 Oh..... Re: Dream Home - Glendale 45 33Apr 10, 2016 9:25 pm Took us about 5 days to get internal selections depends on things you selected and they needed to get pricing. Then it's a bit of a delay. Electrical we received next day Hope your all ready for electrical viewtopic.php?t=79203 Re: Dream Home - Glendale 45 36Apr 10, 2016 9:36 pm Oh ok that's where we went. Our consultants were fantastic. So what did you think of the flooring people? Did they still sound like they're reading from a text book, and sound like they're not interested I wish our internal consultants did flooring would've been better viewtopic.php?t=79203 Re: Dream Home - Glendale 45 37Apr 10, 2016 9:51 pm Emmz70 Oh ok that's where we went. We skipped the flooring as my consultant said that we should head straight to Beaumont as they didnt have a wide selection. I saw the same porcelain tile that I liked at National Tiles today and they were alot cheaper. I have taken pictures of them and will show it to Beaumont and ask if they can price match. Just try my luck. Re: Dream Home - Glendale 45 38Apr 10, 2016 10:00 pm JNT_Glendale45 Emmz70 Oh ok that's where we went. Our consultants were fantastic. So what did you think of the flooring people? Just try my luck. Hi JNT_Glendale45, I was told 2 weeks ago by Janice that Beaumont will be placing a staff member to assist/advise client visiting studio M. Did you see the Beaumont staff there? We already paid for somfy motors for the blinds. The quote above was purely for “pre-wiring” so the blinds company can install the motors and blinds.
