You may want to consider centring the toilet in your powder room (I'm ocd and it would drive me bonkers) also you may want to add some recessed ceilings or recessed picture walls so you can hang art etc. or recessed wall in the shower for shampoo bottles etc. it adds a nice touch Love the large bedrooms! Mon Didn't even notice the powder room and it would have definitely annoyed me - I'm surprised neither of us noticed. Such a good pick up, I've added that to the list so thank you! You've saved me a headache. We have a recess in our ensuite shower and have only placed one recess in the living room for the tv but definitely makes sense to add more for pictures etc. Our build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82755 Re: First time builders, Home Group WA 27Apr 18, 2016 8:42 pm Pinkjam Where are the timber tiles from and do you know a square meter price? I will be doing timber tiles too but haven't chosen them yet so am keeping my eye out for options Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The wood look tiles are from craft decor and are just over $27 per sqm2. They were by far the cheapest. They have a good variety as well Our build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82755 Re: First time builders, Home Group WA 30Apr 19, 2016 9:53 am Beautiful Home Kristina, we also have signed up with HG in Jan but are still waiting for site works costs, we are building on a larger envelope as well, may I ask what your site works roughly were?
