Your choices look great, ive seen a Noosa 28 with the three windows at the front and it looks great. Good luck with everything. I loved the 26 we were limited on the houses since we have a narrow block and then we have to be a certain distance from the retaining wall which narrowed it more we were going to choose the 20 so we could have a decent size back yard but decided to go with the slightly bigger house Re: Coral homes Noosa 23 central coast 11Apr 03, 2016 10:45 am Hi. Really excited to follow this build! We're going with the Noosa 23 mk2 design with a few changes. Building in northern NSW. Haven't signed any contracts yet though.. still waiting for our land to be realeased:( hopefully end of this month! Loving your colour choices so far! How much was the white mortar upgrade if you dont mind me asking Re: Coral homes Noosa 23 central coast 12Apr 03, 2016 10:51 am The white mortar upgrade was around $350 I think it wasn't as much as I was expecting it was a nice surprise! Re: Coral homes Noosa 23 central coast 13Apr 04, 2016 11:07 am We should have the approval from the certifier back today yay! Re: Coral homes Noosa 23 central coast 14Apr 04, 2016 2:37 pm You will enjoy the Noosa 23. Just over 1yr since moving into mine and can't fault it. Doesn't "appear" as big as a house of the same size due to no hallways, but of the houses of its size, it has one of the largest dining/living areas. I love it. I did follow the end of your build it was great to see a 23 our local display is a 25 so we had an idea of how it would look were coming from a 2 bed 1 bath no hall house so it will feel giant but we will miss having a big garden our block is 500sqm with a 5.5m setback so we will only have a small yard were used to our yard being bigger then the house so I think that will be a shock for us Re: Coral homes Noosa 23 central coast 16Apr 04, 2016 3:18 pm Wow! I'm loving your colour choices they are gorgeous! We are building the noosa 28 nsw. So many noosa at the moment looking forward to following your build! I really like the 3 windows at the front too. Some have the lappato on show and some don't. Definitely worth a look before you lock it in I have posted some selections in my thread... Haven't done all of it though.
