Yours seems to be going great guns! Yay for Manhattans! Now we're in, that exciting but anxious wait seems to be so far behind us and all the hassle and work of moving makes it seem a bit of an anticlimax for a while! (Maybe I'm just too old for all the work, with aching everything) Don't get me wrong, the house is fantastic, but now I'd jut like to run away for a while! You're young and strong. Probably you won't react like this. Awesome I'll check it out thanks for that. I guess it would seem like so far away now your in Alex & Darren's Manhattan 23 Ormeau Ridge Follow my build = viewtopic.php?t=80441 I've just checked out your timeline , you were up to Windows / sliding doors installed 18 days after slab and we are 16 days after slab with them installed. Fingers crossed we keep the speed up Alex & Darren's Manhattan 23 Ormeau Ridge Follow my build = viewtopic.php?t=80441 Re: Oldies Coral Homes Manhattan design in Camira Qld 605Sep 10, 2016 11:35 am baby_blonde409 baby_blonde409 Oldies Hey BB, about halfway down on page 1 of this thread, I have a timeline of how our build progressed. Ours went well until the very end when things dropped off a bit. You could be finished well ahead of our time unless Coral is doing your floors. That adds a while on. We did ours after handover and the tiler took longer than Coral's tiler seems to take. He did a great job, though, and we are very happy with his work. He even tiled the garage with the leftover tiles. As for the alcove, everything on the ground is self contained so we don't add too much moisture to one part of the foundation. Will have to be careful watering hanging baskets. Still have to figure out how to hide waterfall's wiring. They'd already cracked it a little and then fixed it, so I was expecting to see a big hole torn in the side of it. but no, actually the crane driver did a fantastic job.
