We were going to get three split systems post build as we're not big air con users. Our sales consultant kept leaving a ducted recycled AC system on our sales advice/quote when we said take it off. Until we got quotes externally.. Then we decided to get the ducted throughout. Two story (can't do after) house with 5 zones. We paid only $11,200k. 3 phase 18Kw. Electrical plans are almost done just a few minor things to adjust. We are currently trying to get a valuation after 3 attempts for CBA coming in well below . It is a new estate with very few sales to compare to so looks like we will have to try different banks until we get one that's right.
