You can get a better feel for the house when the roof goes on. Are you happy with the brickwork now? Yes, the worse bricks has been replaced, SS also patched gaps between bricks. All in all, he rectified what we pointed out. I can accept the result now. We really need to keep eyes on it as we won't hire the inspector until PCI. Hope the rest of building would be smoothly. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82537 Re: Building first home with ContentLiving - WA 30May 01, 2016 2:19 pm sandy19 Very quickly things will move now. Looks like they are a very good builder, within a week of finance approval, slab poured. Yes, they were quick, I actually should have started the construction in January if my bank hadn't delayed my finance. NAB reduced my loan with no reason or I can say that their unconditional offer was not correct, whatever they made a mistake. I contacted ContentLiving and tried to take off the biggest upgrade which is increasing to 31C throughout. They convinced us not to do it, then introduced their broker to help us get the formal offer, otherwise I don't know how long I had to wait. They started the slab without noticing us so I missed out that stage. I think they did so quick that was for preventing us to change, haha. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82537 Re: Building first home with ContentLiving - WA 31May 01, 2016 2:20 pm spuddles76 Looking good Thanks spuddles.
