Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building first home with ContentLiving - WA 41Jun 07, 2016 7:49 pm Updates: ceiling is done and white set has started half way to go. Quite annoying, they covered few power points when making the wall. The plasterers covered few of GPOs in our house as well. Really annoying. Re: Building first home with ContentLiving - WA 43Sep 10, 2016 11:33 am Following Looks great. I love your colour selections. After reading through loads of threads for info before we start the build I am so shocked by how many errors and lack of care is taken, makes me wonder if the tradies even look at the plans of the house. Our previous SS didnt really care about us, and his skills were limited, he couldn't find better ways to fix the problems. Now his manager has taken over our house and he is much better than the other. He responses us quickly and efficiently. We don't need to worry anymore. He is able to find a solution that we are happy with. Now we just finished the 1st PCI, some cosmetic problems need to be rectified. Hope next week, we can finish the final PCI. Our plan actually transferred from theirs. newtobuildwa Posting to follow Love the colours you have chosen and floor plan Re: Building first home with ContentLiving - WA 55Sep 30, 2016 11:33 pm Finally got keys. Flooring and carpet are done. But not happy they damaged walls. Not sure if the painter is willing to come back to fix. Still got few things to go, looking for a good sparky, who can recommend one?
