But I did leave her a bottle of wine whenever I used her power. Due to the length of time my build took this equated to nearly a 100 bottles. I did however do the neighbourly thing and also helped drink some of it. Love it! The water was in our name and they only used $8.11 worth of water during the build (then we had $300+ in service charges ). No gas bill as that wasn't hooked up until handover.
