Was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a builder who deals with sloping blocks (right to left) on the NSW Central Coast? Thanks! Hi. We went through Terry from Sense Homes for our sloping site. He is essentially a broker for various different builders. He puts your land out to tender and you go with the best price. All tenders are full turn key. He's based in Dora Creek and I strongly recommend him. http://www.sensehomes.com.au/ 0431 220 893 Cheers, Jonny Re: Sloping Block 3Mar 19, 2017 8:37 pm Hi myself and a couple of people I've talked to recently have had some mixed results with Terry. Firstly he is a nice enough and his draftsmen was great to work with the problems began when he got quotes from the three builders he uses. The budget we worked towards for 3-4 months was blown by the quotes he got from the builders by $60 ,0000. This result was also seen by a ex client I meet last week when his Qoute came back over budget as well. Seems either he is not on top of his builders costs or he is misrepresenting himself on costings, either way it cost us time. For sloping builders you could try Talyormade Resedential, Crichton homes, Tullipan do a lot of sloping builds but they cost us thousands when they stuffed up the garage level and therefore driveway slope , got knocked back at DA The resulting changes to rectify their stuff up was going to cost me $40,000. Give Jonathan a call. Tell him you know me. He is in my opinion the best surveyor I have ever worked with. His number is 0425 285 622 All the best Simeon 3 9188 i did click it, still couldnt make it out rofl. in any case, doesnt look like too extreme a slope, you may be in luck. Just shoot out some emails to volume builders in… 3 14178 Howdy all. I am looking for feedback on what people would do to maximise and make an area as flat as possible. First, out the front of the house is a sloping hill, pretty… 0 14369 |
