Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 17, 2016 10:49 am Hi Everyone, Long time Guest/Reader First Time Poster. We've Decided to build with Home Group WA in the Vista Estate (Karnup) The entire process so far has been fantastic. Very accommodating and informative. Our sales rep has stayed and followed us the entire way, and all though the Administration process feel's like it's taken forever (they say 6 months) we are slowly ready to hit Scheduling in the next week. =) Will do my best to keep everyone post. Any questions please ask. We've Made some changes, that do not show on the plan, but I'll update it once they send the new plan through. 1) Hobless Showers 2) Made the Ensuite Shower a Double, added extra shower head 3) Integrated Drains 4) Larger Stone Benchtop (Like the one they have on display as part of the 30k package) 5) Glass Splashback 6) Enclosed the Theatre 7) Added a Door for rear side access from Garage Made Front Door bigger Thats all I can think of so far =) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Jan 06: Tile and Laminate Meeting Mar 06: Prestart Re: HGWA - The Riviera - Karnup Our First Home 2Mar 17, 2016 12:46 pm Really love your plan.
